In three hours and 12 minutes, Blake and I (accompanied by two small canines) will head to the airport to fly to a new place.  Blake will spend the summer with us before returning to CSU in the fall.  I, on the other hand, will join Mark in our new “permanent” (I use that phrase lightly and open-handedly) home.  The new place that God has called us to that comes with its own set of new neighbors, new friends, new opportunities, challenges and joys.  A brand new chapter with twists and turns and a surprise ending, I’m sure.

I love change.  I thrive on it and in it.  So I’m ready.  Not that there won’t be tears (dreading saying goodbye to Abby when the driver comes to pick us up), but for every tear there will be a smile waiting right around corner as we treasure hunt for new opportunities to live out and love out, loudly.

Once again, thank you for the amazing support and encouragement along the path of anticipation that I’ve been walking lately.  I feel as if I’m leaving the fatigue of preparation behind and am ready to go into this new adventure with fresh energy and  life.  To live and to give.

And please, please, please, come and join us in our new surroundings!  We are set up for guests and would love to have company visit!  We’ll be empty nesters by August, so we’d love to fill our nest with friends and family and show you the beauty of this new area.

Thank you, Parker, CO, for preparing us for yet another venture.  We’ve loved you, dearly!

Okay, Jesus….I really think I’m ready.  Let’s do this thing!!!!

Let's stay connected!

I promise to send some encouragement your way, and a bit of hope for the soul...

xo, jana
