Janay will be returning to Cambodia again this summer to work with the trafficked women and girls of that country. Tonight she will be sharing her story and passion with my Night Cap girls and bring them into the excitement of what God is doing to rescue these girls. If you would like more information about her trip or how you can help, read below….She would love your prayers!

Isaiah 58:6-10 “Is this not the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh? Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard. Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry and he will say ‘Here I am.’ If you take away the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness, if you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.”

It was so wonderful to meet and hear what Janay had to share about the work being done in Cambodia. She has such a heart for these women and girls (some terribly young girls)! My mom was also very touched by what Janay shared. We will be praying and supporting her as she travels back, and seeks God’s guidance about her future and work helping these precious girls in Cambodia.
Oh!! And that CAKE!!!! Yummy!!
Thank you, Jana!
Thanks so much for coming over last night and for bringing your mom with you! Janay so appreciated your encouragement and so values your prayers. I loved that she was able to meet my dear friends! Love you much, girl! (And the cake WAS good, wasn’t it? :-))
Janay…I will be upholding you in my prayers as you travel, as you interact with the girls and for you continued health and God’s protection over you.
Love you….Grandma Hub
