Here I sit in the airport at the end of a great weekend of laughing, writing, crying, singing, sharing, writing, listening, reading, studying, writing, singing, smiling, thinking, praying, writing. And did I mention writing?
Again, thanks to all of you who bathed this weekend in prayer. It was much felt and much appreciated. God brought ideas like refreshing drops of rain falling all over me and used His word to encourage and draw me further into His presence in this whole endeavor. The fear is slowly melting into awe and gratitude.
It was a wonderful weekend to neglect all other responsibilities and obligations and just focus on the book. But alas, tomorrow comes quickly and it’s back to the daily chores and lists and “have-to-do’s”. Sigh. But the momentum that happened in the last 72 hours has propelled me and pushed me over the hump of the unknown. A template has been set and now, though at a more slow and interrupted pace, I will begin to color within those lines.
And so I go home now, tired and yet refreshed. Overwhelmed but inspired. And ready to face whatever challenges or thrills these next steps take. Thank you for being a part of this process with me and for cheering me on so well!!!!
Hugs,
Me
I am glad that the Lord helped you on your journey as an author for Him. My granddaughter, Jana Marie!!
The three great-grandmas are now traveling to Colorado and should arrive there soon…they have never been there before so show them all the beautiful sights.
thank you, grandma! Can’t wait to see them!
