Call me a fool
But I still believe
In love’s fairy tales
And sweet chivalry.
That dreams come in colors
And angels have wings
That stars really twinkle
That hummingbirds sing.
I’m sure I’ve heard pixies
In a wind blown tree’s branches
The breeze playing music
While the sunflower dances.
Call me a fool
But here’s what I know
That magic still happens
In the world’s greatest show.
That miracles come
In the strangest of ways
Every shape, every size
Every one to amaze.
That my Jesus who fashioned
The delicate flower
Draws lightning through skies
With omnipotent power.
I believe that HIs fingers
Can massage a hard heart
That His breath gives new life
And His death, a new start.
Call me a fool
But I know it’s true
That fairytales happen
And miracles, too….
