Blake is home for the weekend.  A good excuse for a big Saturday morning breakfast.  And a little Monkey Bread will make that big breakfast a little bit sweeter! 🙂

Monkey Bread

1 cup sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 pkgs of Pillsbury bisquits

1 cup butter

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a large zip lock bag.  Cut biscuits into quarters and shake in cinnamon sugar bag until well coated.  Remove from bag and place in well greased bundt cake pan.  In microwave, melt butter.  Add brown sugar and ice cream until creamy.  Pour over monkey bread.  Bake for thirty minutes.  Remove from oven and turn upside down on large plate.  Ewy, gooey, goodness!!!!
