It’s Monday night again….time to make goodies for tomorrow’s staff meeting…:-)
CHOCOLATEY BUTTERSCOTCH YUMMIES
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Mix ingredients.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft.
- Note: add any combination of different kinds of chips or coconut! The more, the merrier!
