It’s Monday night again….time to make goodies for tomorrow’s staff meeting…:-)

CHOCOLATEY BUTTERSCOTCH YUMMIES

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

How to make it:

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Mix ingredients.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft.
  • Note: add any combination of different kinds of chips or coconut!  The more, the merrier!
