Chicken and Sausage Casserole
8 chicken breast halves
2 -6 0z. pkgs. Uncle Be n’s Long Grain and Wild Rice Original
1 lb. hot ground sausage
1 lb. mild/sweet ground sausage
1 – 12 oz. pkg. sliced white mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
3 (10 1/2 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Bake chicken. Cook rice according to directions. Brown hot and mild sausage and set aside. Saute mushrooms in butter. Combine chicken rice, sausage, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Here’s to hopin’ it’s delicious! I will serve with a salad and some kind of french bread….
