This is dinner tonight if I can get my butt off the couch and head to the grocery store 🙂
Fruited Pork Tenderloin
1-2 pork tenderloins
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
3 stalks celery, diced
1- 3 oz. package dried cherries
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 – 8 oz. bottle Jim Beam gourmet marinade
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Â Place tenderloins in a 9×13 baking dish. Â Top with apples and next two ingredients. Â Sprinkle with brown sugar. Â Pour marinade over all. Â Bake, uncovered, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
p.s.  I DID go to the store and it’s now cooking slowly in the oven and smelling delicious!!! It’s pretty, too….now we’ll just hope it tastes good… 🙂
