This is Homecoming Week (or Spirit Week) at Blake’s high school. Tonight was the parade – every sport and class had a float. Blake is on court for the Junior Class. Along with his friend, Steele. So, of course, I had to go and cheer my boy on! It was awesome! Such great parent and student participation. Afterwards there was a big BBQ where the band was playing and everyone was just enjoying socializing.
The theme of the Homecoming Dance is Pirates of the Caribbean (or in this case, Titans of the Caribbean). So todays dress up theme was pirates. Here are some pics of today’s fun! Wish you could have been there!!!! It truly was good old fashioned, community fun! Have I said lately that I love it here???? 🙂
