Jesus breathed life into me today.  It was the sweetest, warmest breath.  Air to my life.  Mouth to mouth resuscitation. Oxygen to my lungs.  How did He do it?  People.

I spent the whole weekend with new worship team friends, singing, chatting and sharing stories of what makes them tick.  Their passions.  Their abilities.  Talked with another song writer today who shared one of his songs with me – a precious song that he wrote about his three year old daughter and the lesson she taught him about true, from the heart  prayer and the childlike faith that accompanies it.  It’s an awesome song.  And if he gives me permission, I’ll share it here.

Loved singing harmony with the other gals today.  Three and sometimes four part harmony.  Scrumptious.  And they are so loving and welcoming.  Warm, sweet breath of new friendship with real people.  I had people introducing me to others and promoting my staging skills. I had total strangers coming up to me telling me that they had talked about me at the latest women’s leadership meeting.  Not my doing for sure.  But definitely God’s preparation for things to come.  What will that look like?  Ministry opportunities?  New paths to explore?  I don’t know.  But I do know that God has surrounded me with new friends who will walk there with me and share the journey.  And I will do the same for them.

Jesus, thank you for the incredible blessing of other believers in my life.  Thank you for the easy connections already made.  Thank you for the seemingly endless “small world” situations that keep popping up and offer new avenues of connection.  Thank you that you realize that we cannot do this life thing alone and that you provide the right people to help us and whom we can help along the way.

You are very, very good….

Let's stay connected!

I promise to send some encouragement your way, and a bit of hope for the soul...

xo, jana
