I just got a call from Britt.  Her precious friend “Papa Jacques” just went to see Jesus.  He is the father of the family that Brittany lived with while she was in Congo.  He had been very sick with a failing liver and doctors said there was nothing more they could do and sent him home from the hospital.  On their way home, he and his wife were in a horrible car accident.  He died and she is in very critical condition.  They have five children, the youngest of which is five.  This is absolutely breaking Brittany’s heart as she is very close with this family and has maintained contact with them.  Her greatest concern is for the children.  Please keep them in your prayers.  It is hard for Britt to be so far away from them during this time.  But God is good and will provide all that they need and more.  Pray for His warm comfort and indescribable peace for them…
